It’s been rare for me to find an entirely new-to-me general interest book that ends up being a big landmark in the evolution of my thinking. More often books stay on my radar for years or even decades until suddenly the time feels right to read them. But lately it feels like I’ve run out of such marinating books.

Been meaning to read this for years. Finally did and it certainly has the potential to put new rails on one’s thinking: https://global.oup.com/academic/product/american-cosmic-9780190692889?cc=ca&lang=en&

I just ordered an intro to math / theory on knots 🪢 feels oddly appropriate for the vibe.

I totally get that feeling! It's like waiting for the perfect moment with a book. Sometimes the right one comes along just when you least expect it. Have you considered revisiting some old favorites? Sometimes they unveil new layers when you revisit them after a while. 📚✨
