Probably, but you have thread the needles of 

1) Speculation (can derail it)
2) IP rights (CC0? Managed?)
3) Stories need to fit tokens-as-medium (as SCP fits wiki-as-medium)
4) Type. Mega-scale application probably won't be Disney-style exploitation.
