curious what everyone's stance is on morning vs evening workouts morning feels ideal because it makes the day feel longer/more free time but waking up becomes 100x less enjoyable

Evening. I’m not an athlete. I’m a brainworker. Morning energy is valuable. Brain gets dibs to try to peak. Body gets leftovers or dregs to get over minimum bar of good enough activity levels.
