I think marijuana def makes the cut over ozempic and arguably coca-cola too since coca cola is only 100ish years old

The criterion is mass adoption, not length of history. Marijuana never became even an occasional habit for basically everybody. I think everybody in the world has, even in the developing world, has probably had coca cola or a local equivalent at least once. Ozempic is a prediction

Because of its illegality, it’s very hard to get good reference data on marijuana In Oklahoma where medical marijuana cards are easy for anyone to get, nearly 10% of the population has one.
