Living a considered life, one that is thoughtfully examined, intentional and aligned with personal values. Which for me boils down to helping people and making art, which I get to do every day, as well as rebelling against the status quo and bringing about change where possible. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN? Healthy emotional expression. I work in mental health and have seen the impact and strength in men expressing emotions in a healthy way, and the detriment of the opposite. Most of the time anger and aggression, which are attributed to male behaviour are actually cover emotions for fear and insecurity around being judged. In a world that wants men to hide their emotions, showing them becomes an act of rebellion. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A WOMAN? ndependence. I admire women that (ContinueπŸ‘‡)

of course I loved your interview (and I adore hank! 🫢🏻 and 0ffline πŸ₯°πŸ˜˜) but omg your friends need to be here too. this is the type of energy I aspire to. dragon archetype ❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ‰ (this imagery reminds me of one of my favorite characters, Floki from Vikings that incidentally I just shared with my partner this morning) also, vulnerably, men’s empowerment is one of my most difficult processes, I struggle with compassion because I have had so much of their pain and anger directed *into* me since childhood. learning how to create boundaries and security in my self has been paramount in processing why so much of this has occurred. this journey requires community. thank you for being here friend. 🫢🏻

Thank you for being so supportive aswell, honestly it lightens up my day 😊 I am trying to get all my friends into this space as it just literally makes all the sense πŸ€ͺ. Boundaries are the main thing for ones own sanity. I put some hardline ones in myself, like only support my friends if they actively work on the challenges themselves first, else they're essentially trying to get others to do the work for them, which never works. Sorry you had to experience those toxic boys aswell (I don't think of them as men, too immature to be considered as such) I'm just glad you came out the other side with your compassionate self intact (even if it took some time to get back there)
