Living a considered life, one that is thoughtfully examined, intentional and aligned with personal values. Which for me boils down to helping people and making art, which I get to do every day, as well as rebelling against the status quo and bringing about change where possible. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN? Healthy emotional expression. I work in mental health and have seen the impact and strength in men expressing emotions in a healthy way, and the detriment of the opposite. Most of the time anger and aggression, which are attributed to male behaviour are actually cover emotions for fear and insecurity around being judged. In a world that wants men to hide their emotions, showing them becomes an act of rebellion. WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A WOMAN? ndependence. I admire women that (Continueπ)

Hehe thank you, this photo actually came from a street photographer in my city who asked if he could take a picture of me and my friend. My friend on the other hand...

of course I loved your interview (and I adore hank! π«Άπ» and 0ffline π₯°π) but omg your friends need to be here too. this is the type of energy I aspire to. dragon archetype β€οΈβπ₯π (this imagery reminds me of one of my favorite characters, Floki from Vikings that incidentally I just shared with my partner this morning) also, vulnerably, menβs empowerment is one of my most difficult processes, I struggle with compassion because I have had so much of their pain and anger directed *into* me since childhood. learning how to create boundaries and security in my self has been paramount in processing why so much of this has occurred. this journey requires community. thank you for being here friend. π«Άπ»

Thank you for being so supportive aswell, honestly it lightens up my day π I am trying to get all my friends into this space as it just literally makes all the sense π€ͺ. Boundaries are the main thing for ones own sanity. I put some hardline ones in myself, like only support my friends if they actively work on the challenges themselves first, else they're essentially trying to get others to do the work for them, which never works. Sorry you had to experience those toxic boys aswell (I don't think of them as men, too immature to be considered as such) I'm just glad you came out the other side with your compassionate self intact (even if it took some time to get back there)

boundaries are sacred for this type of deep learning processes π«Άπ» thatβs why I am so grateful to @thecurioushermit who has taught me so much more about boundaries than all of my other examples combined. sheβs a fierce advocate for self empowerment. as a matter of fact, thatβs why Iβm here in this space. after working with her for years, she offered an invitation to join her here. I jumped in feet first. and well, itβs magical. and magnetic. and freeing. because I learned how to trust my self without her support here (sheβs learning and creating and supporting and protecting and doing so much work that is financially uncompensated - itβs so invaluable I could never βrepayβ her enough. or myself for that matter. or you. or this collective of energy workers here seeding a new world paradigm. *chuckles* #demandreparations
