woke up multiple times in panic attacks again last night. but I’m starting to remember my dreams that are waking me up a bit. and oh boy are they doozies! one particular one about my incarcerated ex stood out. maybe I’m actually starting to process the backlog of crazy in my life. send all the good vibes to get through this process? 🥲💖
