to me it feels a bit like washing dishes. that type of repetitive activity of nourishment? 

each of us has a different way to nourish ourselves, and that changes throughout our lives. 

so in that sense, it is over simply when it is complete? 🫶🏻

perhaps the resistance is in the endless feeling of the process, and the acceptance needs to be in the eternal nature of this expansion and exploration that will never be done
