have you every contemplated making “re-birth certificates” for people whom have changed their names? 

I changed mine a couple of years ago, but the legal process is too fussy for me to even bother with. 

and that’s exciting to hear! my coparent had taken this one to a wonderful repair shop for servicing as a gift one year. one of my favorite gifts ever! ✨💕✨

I type up re-birth certificates for each typewriter I work on and half of the time I look like it's my first day with how wonky the alignment is. Also, sometimes your machine just does this to you, though on this one your baseline alignment is VERY good.
