Dragging my sleepy ass to physical therapy this morning… who wants an 8 AM PT appointment anyway? Must be why they were the only options left when I called to schedule my appointments here in Hawaii.

8 am is inhumane for physical therapy haha. I spent almost a year after a brain bleed. the morning ones were always the worst! what a lovely photograph. so moody! how's your recovery going?

Definitely a rough start to the day, but at least the evaluation has me on track for my recovery… range of motion milestone reached. This week, we’re back home on Oahu, so the focus is on the rehab. 🤙🏼💙🐢 A brain bleed? That sounds scary!
