the retvrn to 180 is proving to be TOUGH. yoyoing between 203 and 198 because my willpower is WEAK. Need to push through this with a solid stretch of 1200 and under cal days. then, back in to routine fasting. currently 203, posting myself at 185 for some self inspiration. 180 by june... or else.

Cutting is super tough! Got any meal hacks to share? I’m a big fan of greek yogurt + peanut butter for a high protein dessert (goes great with apple slices and cinnamon)
