The key point in jogging is speed. It does not depend on the level of physical fitness and is approximately 7-8 minutes per kilometer. At this pace, the flight phase, when both feet are off the ground, remains very short, the body is not tilted forward. Significant differences in the running stride may concern only the placement of the foot. People with little running experience will most likely place their foot on the heel, then their running will be almost no different from walking. Trained athletes with trained ankles will run "from the toe" or place their foot on the outer part of the foot. This is preferable, since it removes shock loads from the joints, making the step more elastic. Common to all in jogging: the body should be as relaxed as possible. But not "loose", as in mincing running. And be sure to run with a straight posture and raised chin.

Runners do not stop training during pregnancy, and some of them are not even afraid to compete with a big belly. For example, Olympic champion Alicia Montaño, while pregnant, participated in races with the full approval of her doctor and felt just fine. And in 2011, one runner gave birth just a few hours after finishing the Chicago Marathon. #sports

Swimming is one of the oldest human skills. Clay tablets found in Egypt indicate that people knew how to swim at least 7,000 years ago

Nordic walking instructors recommend following a standard training regimen: at least 2-3 times a week with a walk duration of 30 minutes or more. Beginners can start with 15-minute walks, every 3-4 days. The rate of increasing the frequency and duration of training depends on the initial state of the body.

You shouldn't expect too quick results from working out in the gym. Those who want to lose weight by summer or by the New Year in 2 months will most likely fail. Of course, everything depends on the initial quality of your body, weight, and age. In any case, you will notice the first results of training in about 2-3 months. Others will see positive changes in your body no earlier than after six months. It is also important to understand that the key to success is regularity, frequency of training and proper nutrition. Two intense workouts a week will not be of much use. You can achieve good results with 3 strength and 2 cardio workouts a week. And you don't have to spend 5 days a week in the gym. A regular walk can serve as a cardio load.

The closed Olympic rings as a whole symbolize the unity of the five continents, the union of all parts of the world and the global character of the Olympic Games. And the colors are symbols of different elements: blue - water, red - fire, yellow - the energy of the earth, black - the energy of metal, green - the energy of wood.

In synchronized swimming, the musical composition accompanying the performance is one of the main components of success. The artistry of the performance depends on how bright and temperamental the music is. During the performance, the girls hear music.
