Gm fitness fam How do you structure your workouts? Do you go every week with the split of your choice, and do what you feel like doing, or have a more structured approach? Since I hired a coach, I am training in blocks of 4 weeks, and each block has a goal. My current block is all about gaining back muscle mass

I have the same 4 days workout; when i feel that it isn t effective anymore (at about 3 months in) i change it with other exercises but the same muscle group or push pull legs. But since i do all my exercises with negative engagement for at least 2 sec on each rep, i don t think my body can get used to the workout :))

Nice ! you do not have to change the muscle groups necessarily. Negative reps destroy you hard😅 But take care if you do them too much you might not let your muscles recover enough

hahaha, but you know, if you have big forearms, you are more intimidating than big biceps and small forearms...
