Eat less, move more. Eat a little bit less than now, make each meal a bit smaller and add more veggies. Do not eat 1000 calories per day otherwise after 1 month you will quit. Move more, take some walks, aim for 10k steps a day, then go from there. don't start running everyday, otherwise after 2 weeks you will quit.
