We're changing the format of Farcaster Dev Calls. - 5m weekly videos summarizing the major changes. - 1h q&a session every month for feedback. - impromtu dev calls if there are major discussion points in between. We're going to try this for two months and revert back the old format if people don't like this.

Why are we making this change? We heard feedback from people that: - Cadence needs to be faster, every two weeks was too slow - No time to watch a 45 min video, they want a quick summary.

maybe just add impromptu dev calls to existing flow for whatever new topics which you guys planning to start working on and want to discuss, and keep bi-weekly for updates and stable/ in-work features

nice. i like it. impromptu dev calls can maybe even be made using an audio spaces mini app like mine. i just added roles (host, speakers, listeners) and emojis/notifications coming soon. https://spaces.0xmoe.com/

I personally love listening to you guys talk through your thought processes and keeping us up to date on the priorities. I think this helps builders build in parallel instead of going in a direction that’s not in the future playbook.

fwiw, i think this is a good strategy i'd also like to propose helping create an AI bot in a frame to listen to QA throughout the month, with the context of recent developments, aggregate and summarize new feedback i have this ready, would just need to discuss with you how you'd like to fill in the context

The 5min weekly summary vids sounds great, looking forward to seeing how these go. Unfortunately in the ADHD world of crypto, 5mins is uh, generally a good attention timespan to assume from most people
