We're changing the format of Farcaster Dev Calls. 

- 5m weekly videos summarizing the major changes. 
- 1h q&a session every month for feedback.
- impromtu dev calls if there are major discussion points in between. 

We're going to try this for two months and revert back the old format if people don't like this.

Why are we making this change? 

We heard feedback from people that:

- Cadence needs to be faster, every two weeks was too slow 
- No time to watch a 45 min video, they want a quick summary.

The feedback was that the back and forth wasn't valuable, and was distracting from what people wanted which is hearing us voice over the main items as succintly as possible.

The bullet point agenda isn't enough context.

Kind of a strange way to address the feedback no?

The meetings are valuable for the back and forth that happens with the chat. If people want to know what’s going on they can just view the agenda?

feels like a good experiment to run. could get more utility from q&a once there’s been time to digest the outbound updates
