How does farcaster validate a signed message was in fact signed by the account owner? I thought it had to verify through the smart contract onchain? If OP is down it would not be able to verify?

The transparency of web3 impresses me every time. This will suit us very well as adoption widens. I was at a tech security company where we had some outages and it turned out customers cared way more about “how” and when we communicated with them rather than the fact that there were outages.
