We're proposing reducing the protocol fee from $3 to $2 as part of the Storage Extension FIP this week. 

The plan was to do this later, but it turns out it will be a lot easier to implement them together.

Why don't subscriptions in the storage update in real time ? if I unsubscribe from a user, he still remains in it, and is not deleted from there

What is that protocol fee? When you buy another storage for cast and likes?
