Wow true. Self-compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude sound make-believe, but they're the only path forward. 

Youth does not come with knowledge nor wisdom. Youth feels immortal, unflappable, and doesn't accept death. Lessons need to be learned, only life can teach those lessons. 🫠
