Always thinking about this. I usually combat this by visiting new or less frequented neighborhoods. But having not actively explored as much lately I've challenged myself to apply that lens anyway. Or rather, I've tried to let go of the context I carry!

That’s a really good way to put it, too! At home, when I’m being mindful about it, I will take different roads, side streets, or walk in different— less efficient— areas. It’s almost always very good for me.
