Will try it next week at the work ;) I usualy do simple 5x5 HIIT workout which takes max. and effective 30min (didnt count the warmup and cooldown): -5 exercises (I usualy do something for whole body) -1min per exercise -rest 20sec after all 5 exercises done. No rest between them -repeat that 5times total

Example of the workout: WARMUP: 10min of light run + ACTIVE whole body stretching MAIN PART: 1min jumping jacks 1min deept squats 1min abdominal crunches 1min push-ups 1min plank 20sec pause Repeat 4times (5times total) COOLDOWN: 10min of light run. PASSIVE whole body stretching πͺ

Btw, for the easiest management of the intervals I suggest app GYMBOSS. U can also buy it physicaly.
