I'm 100% up for it, lets do it. Spent so much time sat in chairs over the years my left knee and hip started clicking constantly. Working on the floor and doing this pose from time to time was a game changer. 100 $degen

Yeah my knee and hip are starting to give me trouble, willing to test it out. My goal through the end of the month is to work up to the 30 minutes.. Not sure I'll get there, but going to give it a go. Gonna try for 5 min. 6X a day, but start with 2 min. 6x, then every 3 days move up a minute. to be at 5 min by sept. 1st. We'll see how it goes, if too hard, may work my way up for September and then do the challenge in October. So far, so good. Did a set of 30 sec, 1 min and 2 min so far today. Will try 3 more sets of 2 min...
