I tried to make the stir fry taste like mapo tofu by adding Lao gan ma chili oil and numbing pepper, but it looked / tasted nothing like the real deal Really makes you question how much chili oil restaurants add to get to that flavoring and color 🙂↕️ Here’s Albert, enjoy!
