yes, during ‘ardha baddha padmottanasana’. didn’t listen to my body and bent down too much with my leg in lotus, and the knee popped somewhere, like cracking a big knuckle. it’s been months and i still feel the repercussions. since then, i’ve stayed more attuned to what my body is saying.
