Tried a new (to me) brand of pasta for dinner yesterday and really enjoyed it :)

Pasta and chorizo in a spicy red sauce with ricotta 🍅

I made the red sauce using canned whole tomatoes, onions, eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, heavy cream, and red pepper flakes blended with an immersion blender :)
