big fan of the new UI changes, I’m really liking the focus on channels and the slightly softer vibe overall! I did notice the top line felt a little cramped due to the amount of elements and different font styles, and tightness on the right side of the channel pill, so i whipped up a quick mockup of some very small changes I’d make > removed “in” > pushed timestamp next to kebab > aligned kebab to vertical center > added a couple pixels extra to the end of the channel pill > dropped font size of channel and timestamp 2 points from username font size cc @horsefacts.eth @blockheim

Nice eye, @heavygweit — how about making the spacing around numbered icons consistent so that the numbers don’t throw everything out of alignment when they’re there? https://warpcast.com/typo/0xc877577d

I haven’t noticed that! Do you mean if a cast has no likes, the spacing changes when the first like is added?

It’s most obvious with double-digit replies and no recasts (or vice versa) — because everything is fixed, the spacing appears inconsistent, even though it’s technically consistent when there are no numbers.

ahh i see, this is an annoying trade off…if they do it the way you suggest, there’s layout shift when it goes from no engagement to 1 and then 9 to 10 and 99 to 100 etc tbf tho that only happens a few times per post, while having the spacing as-is causes uneven spacing almost all the time (except when there is 0 engagement)
