Yeah good call. I sometimes add some rotations on my side planks. I’ve never tried cable rotations but I wanna give em a try. What do you suggest?

if you participate in any kind of sport/activity - mimic that motion is my first suggestion i.e., golfers should do cable chops, pitchers and qbs, hockey shots, etc… for us regular humans: cable rotations are fine, easily superset with an anti rotation move like a pallof press
