Tim Ferris taught me a wonderful principle many years ago “Free or full price” Never negotiate on price for your offerings It cheapens your brand & is a total waste of time. Bonus - whenever someone tries to negotiate you can just refer to this rule & tell them you simply don’t negotiate on price

I've been doing similar but my method is now around transitioning tasks. if i'm going from 1 thing to the next I make sure I do some chin ups / push ups & burpees for 2-5 minutes & continue with the next task :D bonus because I can do all of that in my office space :)
