(cherrypicked) harsh t4t bans: both @katekornish and @rjs got banned for t4t and neither of them received a tip from another banned account i'd argue that t4t is a reciprocal thing so i'd expect there's at least one banned account that tipped them back. but that's not the case. discuss (or not)

what's the long term effect of the rules being too harsh in your opinion? complete stalemate?

honestly, i don't know... it can go both ways. if the core user base is solid, it will strengthen it. if not, it'll fall apart. in any case, we probably won't see any rapid user growth (unless degen moons), as this will very likely be discouraging for low effort accounts

"discouraging for low effort accounts" exactly the goal, I reckon. BTW, from your query, what does it mean if an account is not present? I got a bit lost in the joins.

the query contains only casts that either tipped a banned account or received a tip from a banned account if you're not present, you didn't tip-interact with such accounts

> "discouraging for low effort accounts" exactly the goal, I reckon. partially yeah... but also: - full-on farmers will find a way - there's a non-zero chance a low effort account becomes a quality DAU
