I commit to starting a one-month program on Monday focused on progressive overload for five workouts:

+ Back Squat
+ Deadlift
+ Chest Press
+ Shoulder Press
+ Rows

I’ll use the next few days to establish a baseline and then increase weights over the course of the month.

I commit to start this program tomorrow with legs / back squat.

+ Incline Treadmill Walk (1mi)
+ Back Squat: 5x6-8 @ 225lb
+ Bulgarian Split Squat: 3x8 each leg
+ Leg Press: 3x10
+ Calf Raises: 4x15
+ Hanging Knee Raises: 3x15
+ Plank
