Thank you @rocketman This project will bring great benefits to the elderly community members participating in the project. We are looking forward to serving a larger audience with some type of morbidity. With the new resources provided by @flows , we intend to invest in a bioimpedance scale to better assess the body composition of the participants as well as the results acquired through the training. We will soon be publishing the physical results of the training sessions and also the social satisfaction of the elderly. Later, with the project funds, we will invest in a myofascial release gun to provide students with good post-session relaxation. This is a project that has been on paper for some time, and thanks to @nouns @rocketman this project is starting to take shape and has made the community very happy to have a point of reference to be able to have this moment of training and fellowship. Thank you very much once again. 🙏🙏💪💪
