tonight i am making fresh beet pasta, probably farfalle do i go super simple and toss them in a garlic olive oil with some fresh herbs or do i do more and make a creamy feta beet sauce with pine nuts, lemon and roasted garlic? maybe a touch of dill

Not to ruin your night but diced roasted beets tossed w pasta will olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and dill please
