What is something that has been on your mind this week that you haven't had time to get unpacked that you'd like to explore?

Ooohhh I love this one even more!! This ties in to why I think we need to cultivate a culture of circulation of responsibilities within communities. Not only does it keep power/knowledge/control from centralizing over time, but it also allows for easier offboarding! In a high trust network it should be possible to have more lateral flexibility. How are you thinking about the trade-off between stability and flexibility? For the individual as well the groups. Maybe call it the commitment vs freedom trade-off?

thinking its separate. so high trust stays hard to get in and hard to get out, but sibling or cousin orgs can be more open with more ins and outs. instead of like circles around circles, with the center being the highest trust and the outside being the most open, i see it more like those social maps that Katerina makes, so there isn't an in or out, but more like relations between, and each circle can pick however degrees of open or closed they want.
