A pivotal look at the core issues we're facing when trying to tackle the question of *incentivizing quality*. Controversial take in today's world: Focus on what the systems we design produce, not the individuals. To me this is all about behavioral economics- builders owning the responsibility to examine the social impact their apps and incentives produce. In order for web3 to succeed, we have to accept that we are building social change not just technological change. If we don't do it intentionally, we will just end up with more efficient versions of what's been done in the past.

right. 🤘🏼 being intentional and deliberately sitting with the thought of where you intend to see growth, imagine it, sit with it.
