when I check out a new channel to browse for interesting content, I'd like to be able to see top content from the last 7/30d rather than the default feed, which is often lower quality (but more recent).

A default channel preview would be great!

- posting guidelines about what content is expected
- top content of all time
- past 30 days
- past 7 days

And something about how many members and how many posts a day/week. 

Basic info that informs ppl what the channel experience will be like. 

Without this, channel discovery is based solely on word of mouth, and is slow.
