ok so this one seems to have done pretty well: - a classic case, where everyone has tokens but almost nobody is committed, so you end up with a huge "community" on paper & burned out team in reality btw - initially i planned on copy pasting text, but if i link tweets instead, i can add additional commentary + you can read what people commented on the original posts is that better or would you prefer i post them directly with no commentary? https://x.com/petheth/status/1905652099746349463

Decay is a very interesting mechanism for governance. Do you think the economic side and the responsibility side being separated? Either 2 tokens or a token for economic incentive and something else more programmable for responsibility/governance?

i for sure think there should either be decay or some cost to being a member, so that theres a downside to being completely inactive i generally hate the idea of incentivizing governance, my original tweet was mostly aiming at the lack of accountability the percentage of passive holders & armchair governors, vs people actually doing shit when running a DAO, my 1) problem has been people saying theyre gonna do something, and then not doing it in big DAOs, such things happen less often in core teams, but they happen at the grants level
