So the intro to people to vibe with part is what seems absent/weak right now?

This conversation has eclipsed into the dark forest of Warpcast threads now...

As soon as it's more than 3 ppl talking, the conversation gets challenging. Now content is getting lost and nobody new will be able to find or follow the thread. 

This contributes to the feeling of "the void" when there is this amazing discussion potential buried in reply threads that are so hard to navigate, it feels like literally wandering in the woods of the dark forest.

When you look at the top level post that makes it around the feed, half the time the comments look like there's nothing there.

That's why ppl have to QC replies like this out to surface them. Which creates these disjointed conversation threads spraying out into the wild, instead of a cohesive conversation.

I honestly don't know how to solve this. But I feel like it's part of what's missing to make conversations great on Warpcast.

It's not entirely. Common problem on most social apps, especially with the move to mobile first, I think. 

Old school forums did it slightly better, but not perfect either. 

One thing for Warpcast tho is that it sometimes isn't obvious how much conversation is hidden beneath a comment with 1 reply, supposedly. When you open it, suddenly there's this huge amazing discussion, potentially with multiple ppl and sub-threads.

But if you didn't refocus that "1 reply" as your new top cast, you'd never find it.

My brain keeps getting stuck on innovating here, but I can't find solutions, just more clarity on what I see as a potential problem space.

Yeah, I've noticed it too and am annoyed by it.  But like you said in your response to Dan, it's also on twitter, and well, just about all social media apps that I've used.
