I believe you paste the link to the second one, and then when it pulls in the frame you can delete the text of the link to create the clean look. 

Downside is if you paste the wrong link you have to delete the cast to clear it, unless they've added a remove button since last time I did that...

Ok I just tested again, and you don't have to delete the text link. If you do it removes the second frame. 

It just automatically cleans the post and removes the link text for you now!
