Something I'd love to see/build one day is a DAO crowdfunding the purchase of a profitable SMB. Even a rental would be cool! 

1. DAO yolos up to 100% needed to buy property. 
   1.1 Delta between what's fundraised and asking price is financed via seller (no banks needed) 

2. DAO elects rep to run rental property (or onboard property management company), payments accepted as USDC, splits frictionlessly between DAO treasury and seller for repayments (if applicable),
