we're gonna be at these national parks in early sept, would love to hear any recs u have for hiking, sights, etc 🙏

Yosemite: 
• Tuolumne was beautiful. Very much worth the time. 
• We stayed in the Curry Village tents and were more than comfortable (and affordable). There’s a Peet’s there, too; understandably busy even at 6am
• We caught sunset on half dome from Glacier Point. Busy spot, but beautiful views. 
• Plan for everything in the valley to be busy & slow-ish. Make sure you get entry passes ahead of time for anywhere that might need them.

Of course! Happy to chat more. We only spent a day there but we made the most of it. 

One more thought: since you’re going to Sequioa, Mariposa Grove is probably unnecessary. It requires a shuttle & isn’t as impressive as even some other redwoods areas not far from there. 

That’s going to be an epic trip!
