Strictly speaking, Protocol Guild's donations pool: weak excludability, strong rivalry. Classic Commons. Not a public good.

Public Goods are amenities that have to be made neutral and resistant to capture, in order for them to function equally for everyone. Different places consider various things as public goods. For example, clean water might be considered a public good in some areas but a private good in others, thus the confusion.
