an insole brand randomly dmd me this on insta yesterday

i haven’t posted on there in months and only you guys know about my current situation

at first i didn’t think it was legit

but then saw i usain bolt on their page he is a shareholder in the company apparently and used insoles to prevent injury

so maybe they will change my life and get me to the olympics 

anyway i will keep you posted 

has anyone heard of this brand or tried insoles before?

i got just the basic insoles from fleet feet last year when i was getting injured and they helped a ton! still needed to do pt and make other changes to my training regimen ofc but the insoles alone did actually help a lot more than i expected

i pretty much only run distance though, i don’t sprint so idk if it’s different for sprinters
