I just wrote a pretty long essay in the Warpcast compose tab on Desktop and accidentally clicked out of it. Lost all of my progress - first time I've experienced extreme frustration with the app 😰

@dwr.eth now that we can cast beyond character limits, more is at stake when composing. Casts should be auto-saved as drafts - especially if above 320 chars.

When I say "clicked out" - I think I might have even just moved the cursor. I didn't see a confirmation screen.

On mobile you get the option “save draft” or “delete”

They should put this on desktop too
