low impact, high energy! today’s warpcast workout has NO jumping but it still gets the heart rate up! 💥 low impact cardio 💥 1. step back reaches 2. curtsy lunges 3. high knee reach 4. side squat reach 5. bridge marches 30 seconds each 2/3 rounds with a 2 minute break in-between! make it harder by adding dumbbells! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions/feedback!
