It was just 4+ months ago when I joined this community. Neither a builder nor an artist, but I decided to do what I do best and share the little I know with the community. I won’t make this about myself and will share my story later, because this is about something much bigger It was World Physical Therapy Day yesterday and in honour of this day, I have created /health-hive. This is amazing, so glad to have found it! Years ago my shoulder was dislocated in a car accident and I had surgery to repair the damage. My physical therapist told me that if I was diligent with my treatment and exercises, I would heal completely. I took her word and she was right! I was shocked to have healed so well and it opened my eyes to the importance of mobility training. I still practice the exercises and always recommend PT to others.
