I saw that he said it was from working out Probably strained the shoulder due to improper form and excess weight than could handle with good form Kaidoo Take a break from shoulder days, maybe for a week When you return back, practice proper forms and begin again with smaller weights, then increase gradually again I struggled with shoulder pains last year at the gym too It worked great for me when i decided to start small again

You could also try applying ice for 10-15 minutes to numb the area But overall lift smaller weight till the pain subsides
