I saw that he said it was from working out Probably strained the shoulder due to improper form and excess weight than could handle with good form Kaidoo Take a break from shoulder days, maybe for a week When you return back, practice proper forms and begin again with smaller weights, then increase gradually again I struggled with shoulder pains last year at the gym too It worked great for me when i decided to start small again

I just watched it and yes it’s very accurate, a lot of us don’t actually know the best sleeping positions to take Personally I’lld even advice placing an extra pillow between their legs while sleeping on the sides to help maintain alignment in the pelvis when sleeping (works perfectly for back pains) This is actually a great topic to look into @traguy.eth
