Typically advisors receive a very small arrangement letโ€™s say 1-3%, to ensure they stay committed too it could be on a vesting schedule

Yes itโ€™s smaller last time I saw it it was about 0.1-1 Iโ€™m just spitting random guesses no recent data though saw a friend do same sometime ago
