Humankind Candles

Anyone have any advice on picking advisors or the kind of dynamics to foster with one? For /humankind. Not sure what it looks like with a bootstrapped company.

It’s easy their goals should align with yours you just need good chemistry

Yes that makes sense, do you know anything about how the equity arrangement is suppose to happen?

Typically advisors receive a very small arrangement let’s say 1-3%, to ensure they stay committed too it could be on a vesting schedule

I am pretty sure it’s a lot less and usually on a yearly commitment (?) any data for you to show? Not doubting just want to learn!

Yes it’s smaller last time I saw it it was about 0.1-1 I’m just spitting random guesses no recent data though saw a friend do same sometime ago
