Anyone have any advice on picking advisors or the kind of dynamics to foster with one? For /humankind. Not sure what it looks like with a bootstrapped company.

happens naturally as you talk to folks. e.g. for me through working with people I got to meet people that I can ask for opinions and built close friendships with. They are either in similar situations, steps ahead or built something else The common factor being great input. you likely have folks in mind who give you great input, hit them up and ask what's on your mind
