Fish oil, lion’s mane, creatine, magnesium (switching from threonate to glycinate; which type do you take?), vitamin D, resveratrol, CoQ10, lithium (OTC 5 mg), Orchex (organ meat and other animal products), psyllium husks. Sleep stack: melatonin (1 mg), apigenin, gaba, and an herbal mix with valerian, chamomile, dandelion, hops, skullcap, passion flower, and hawthorn.
